Abbott, Lilly, Others Hid Miscarriage Drug's Risks: Suit

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Five women exposed to the synthetic estrogen diethylstilbestrol during their mothers' pregnancies have accused a slew of pharmaceutical companies — including Abbott Laboratories, Eli Lilly & Co. and Merck & Co. Inc. — of misrepresenting the risks associated with the miscarriage prevention drug.
