Game Developers Sue Activision For $125M

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 5:16 PM EDT) -- In the wake of a breach of contract dispute between the two former heads of video game development studio Infinity Ward and the studio's parent Activision Publishing Inc., 38 current and former Infinity Ward employees are suing Activision over as much as $125 million in unpaid royalties.
