Boston Scientific Stent Fraud Class Action Tossed

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed a consolidated securities fraud class action against Boston Scientific Corp. and its executives, saying the plaintiffs do not have enough evidence to go forward with allegations that the company withheld information about the problematic Taxus stent.
