$3M Verdict Upheld In Chevron Suit Over Faulty Bolts

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has affirmed a $3 million jury verdict in favor of Chevron USA Inc. in a case involving allegedly faulty bolts used to construct a Chevron facility in the Gulf of Mexico.
