Fed. Circ. Nixes Oracle Win In Website Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated a lower court's decision to award summary judgment of noninfringement to Oracle Corp. in its declaratory suit over two Parallel Networks LLC patents for dynamic websites, ruling that a jury could find that the Oracle products at issue met the “releasing” limitation of the asserted patents.
