Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 12:36 PM EDT) -- A judge has certified a class action alleging temporary staffing agency Kelly Services Inc. failed to properly pay workers for time spent interviewing for jobs, saying the monetary amounts at issue are likely too small for individual suits to be filed.
