Intel Did Not Steal Silvaco's Trade Secrets: Court

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court found Thursday that Intel Corp. did not steal trade secrets from Silvaco Data Systems by using electronic design automation software acquired from a company that was earlier found liable for taking source code from Silvaco.
