Chi Mei Execs Plead Guilty To TFT-LCD Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 6:29 PM EDT) -- Two executives from Taiwan-based Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp. have agreed to plead guilty to their role in a conspiracy to fix the prices of liquid crystal display panels and have been sentenced to prison, according to federal prosecutors.
