Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 5:44 PM EDT) -- The administrative law judge overseeing a U.S. International Trade Commission investigation of Lincoln Electric Co.'s bulk welding wire equipment patents has handed Sidergas SpA a partial victory in its bid to compel Lincoln to respond to more than 100 discovery requests.
