Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 5:40 PM ET) -- Yale Law Women released the results Monday of its annual survey of the Vault Top 100 Firms' work-life balance policies, naming WilmerHale and Sidley Austin LLP among its top 10 family-friendly firms for the second year in a row.
The survey found that BigLaw is beginning to embrace flexibility for its attorneys. According to YLW, 100 percent of the Vault 100 firms that answered its survey have granted lawyers' requests to work part-time, and 6.3 percent of the attorneys at these firms worked part-time in 2009....
