Greenberg Escapes Surgeons' $10M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 6:38 PM ET) -- A federal jury has found that Greenberg Traurig LLP is not liable in a $10 million legal malpractice suit that accused the firm of allowing a medical device patent held by a group of surgeons at New York University to expire.
