Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 7:50 PM ET) -- A California state appeals court judge has ruled that Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP — which represented the estate of Diana, Princess of Wales, in a long-running dispute with Franklin Mint Co. — had no probable cause to prosecute false advertising and trademark dilution claims against the collectible maker.
A three-judge panel in the Court of Appeal of the State of California, Second Appellate District, Division Four ruled 2-1 on Monday against the Manatt attorneys.
