Callie M. Bell and Michelle Manning officially opened the new firm on April 23, specializing in U.S. and international patent procurement. Bell & Manning handles patents for a wide variety of industries, including chemistry; materials science; nanotechnology; and electrical, mechanical and computer technologies.
