9th Circ. Clears Jaco In Fridge Recycling Case

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Dealing a setback to Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc., a federal appeals court has upheld a ruling that Jaco Environmental Inc.’s statements related to its patented refrigerator recycling system did not constitute false advertising.
