Former Mace CEO Snags $4M Over Wrongful Firing

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 3:10 PM EDT) -- The ex-CEO of personal defense product maker Mace Security International Inc. has pulled down more than $4 million in arbitration over his claims that he was wrongfully ousted by the company's board of directors.

A three-member arbitration panel of the American Arbitration Association ruled that the board wrongfully terminated Louis D. Paolino Jr. as the company’s CEO for alleged willful misconduct in May 2008.
