House Panel To Probe Children's Tylenol Recall

Law360, New York (May 6, 2010, 1:17 PM EDT) -- The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding recent major recalls of more than 40 over-the-counter pediatric medications made by a Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. subsidiary.
