Law360, New York (May 07, 2010, 2:04 PM ET) -- A judge has certified a class action accusing Zurn Industries LLC of negligence and breach of warranty in connection with the manufacture of allegedly faulty crimp fittings in plumbing systems.
Judge Ann D. Montgomery of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota granted class certification Thursday to the breach of express and implied warranty and negligence and negligent failure-to-warn claims in the multidistrict litigation. But she declined certification of the plaintiffs' consumer protection claims.
