Nokia Files Another Patent Suit Over Apple's IPhone

Law360, New York (May 7, 2010, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Finnish cell phone maker Nokia Corp. has lashed out once again at rival Apple Inc., alleging that the iPhone, the iPad 3G and other of the technology giant's products infringe five patents.

The suit, lodged Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, alleges that Apple's unauthorized use of the patents-in-suit allows it to charge less for its products because it does not have to recover the costs of development of the technology.
