EPA Eyes Easier Fuel Conversion System Approval

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 12:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has launched a new effort to make it easier for manufacturers to gain approval to sell alternative fuel conversion systems for consumer vehicles.

The proposal reflects the EPA’s interest in encouraging innovation and spurring conversions that use clean energy technologies, the agency said Friday.
