Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 6:28 PM ET) -- Ceridian Corp. and several national truck stop companies have asked a judge to throw out an antitrust suit brought by independent truck stops accusing Ceridian unit Comdata Corp. of charging the independent outfits inflated fees on specially issued credit cards.
Ceridian moved to dismiss the plaintiffs' second amended complaint on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Comdata and several national truck stop company defendants, including TravelCenters of America LLC, filed separate motions to dismiss.
