Chili's Asst. Managers' OT Suit Headed To State Court

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 5:38 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing a putative class action accusing Brinker International Inc. of failing to properly compensate assistant managers at its Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant franchises for overtime and rest breaks has sent the dispute back to state court, finding that the amount in controversy does not reach the jurisdictional threshold of $75,000.
