Claims Pared In Ford Minivan Transmission Defect Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 2:11 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. has lost its bid to strike class allegations from a product liability and contract action over transmission failures in its Freestar and Mercury Monterey lines of minivans, but succeeded in nixing individual fair dealing and tort claims.
