Hulk Hogan's Car Crash Suit Moved To Federal Court

Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit by wrestler and reality TV personality Hulk Hogan against his insurer, Wells Fargo Insurance Services Southeast Inc., over a car crash involving his son has been moved from state to federal court.

The suit was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Friday by Wells Fargo, which estimates that the damages Hogan is seeking far exceed $75,000.
