Rainbow USA's $31M Katrina Claim Heads To Jury

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected summary judgment bids from plaintiff Rainbow USA Inc. and defendant Nutmeg Insurance Co. in a $31 million damages suit the discount children's apparel retailer lodged in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, saying that the case will move forward to a jury trial.
