FTC Postpones Final Word On Google-AdMob Deal

Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 11:16 AM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has reportedly secured a two-week delay for its review of Google Inc.'s $750 million acquisition of mobile advertiser AdMob Inc., in order to further explore the impact that a merger between two of their key rivals might have on competition in the market for mobile advertising.
