Denver Police Don, Doff FLSA Case Headed For Trial

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 2:40 PM EDT) -- A judge has denied summary judgment to a group of Denver police officers seeking to recover pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act for overtime work and time spent donning and doffing equipment, finding that most of the claims need to be argued at trial.

Judge Richard Matsch denied most of the motions for summary judgment filed by both sides in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on Tuesday.
