Steel Cos. Seek New Remand In Suit Over Indian Duties

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 11:44 AM ET) -- A group of domestic stainless steel producers wants the U.S. Department of Commerce to take a second look at the remand results in a case over stainless steel bar imports from India, saying the agency failed to consider its request to individually examine certain respondents.

The producers, led by Carpenter Technology Corp., asked the U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday to remand the results to Commerce with specific instructions to rescind the review as to three respondents and to conduct individual examinations of three others....
