Honeywell Beats Ex-Distributor's Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has won its bid to toss an antitrust suit brought by its former distributor Integrated Systems and Power Inc. accusing the manufacturer of orchestrating a horizontal price-fixing conspiracy in the fire detection and alarm system market in New York City.
