AHLH Aims To Stop Creditors From Hijacking Claims

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 1:32 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt subprime lender Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. is fighting a motion from its official committee of unsecured creditors seeking to assume authority to investigate and prosecute claims on its behalf, arguing that it should be allowed to complete its “active pursuit” of a settlement for the claims.
