Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 12:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has affirmed an administrative law judge's ruling that semiconductor company Emcore Corp. has imported optoelectronic devices that infringe an optical communications patent held by Avago Technologies Ltd.
The full commission issued its decision Thursday, rejecting a petition by Emcore seeking a review of the March ruling by Administrative Law Judge Theodore Essex.
