With DHL Dismissed, Contractor Settles Driver OT Suit

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 5:18 PM EDT) -- Days after delivery giant DHL Express (USA) Inc. won its dismissal from a Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit, other defendants, including a Texas-based delivery contractor, have agreed to settle the class action brought by a package driver who accused the companies of failing to pay for overtime and meal expenses.
