Chitron Found Guilty Of Illegal Defense Exports To China

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A federal jury has found Chitron Electronics Inc., its president and another employee guilty of conspiring to illegally export computer chips used in radars and other military equipment to China in violation of U.S. export laws.

The jury handed down the conviction Monday following a five-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
