ITC Takes Up Georgia-Pacific Towel Dispenser Case

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 12:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to take up Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP's complaint accusing Canada-based Kruger Products LP and others of importing infringing paper towel dispensers.

The ITC said Monday it had voted to institute an investigation into 11 respondents identified in Georgia-Pacific's April 19 complaint to see whether their import activities have violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
