Attorney Blogs Could Get Firms Business: Survey

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 5:33 PM ET) -- Corporate counsel are paying more attention to attorney-authored blogs, and many say they expect them to play a role in future law firm hiring decisions, according to a new survey on the new-media habits of in-house counsel.

The survey, conducted by Greentarget Strategic Communications, ALM Legal Intelligence and Zeughauser Group, found that 50 percent of in-house counsel could see high-profile blogs by law firm attorneys influencing the hiring process.
