DLA Wants To Give Harassment, Bias Case The Boot

Law360, New York (May 18, 2010, 1:24 PM EDT) -- DLA Piper has struck back at an ex-employee's claims that she experienced racial discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation at the firm, saying the case should be tossed because it fails to allege any unlawful conduct by any defendants.

Shonnette Sisco's complaint provides a lengthy account of her employment experience at DLA Piper, but fails to state a claim, the law firm said in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Monday.
