Google, Yahoo Denied Fees In Web Search IP Case

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 1:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected a request from defendants Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. for millions of dollars in attorneys' fees following their win in a suit brought by nXn Tech LLC — formerly known as PA Advisors LLC — alleging infringement of a patent related to search engine technology.
