Tennessee Commerce Forced To Rehire Ex-CFO

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 2:20 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Labor has won its bid to force Tennessee Commerce Bank to rehire its former Chief Financial Officer George Fort, who the DOL says was fired in violation of whistleblower protections under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
