Church & Dwight Faces OSHA Fines Over NJ Facility

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has accused consumer products manufacturer Church & Dwight Co. Inc. of violating several federal chemical exposure rules, which could lead to more than $55,000 in fines for the Arm & Hammer maker.

The U.S. Department of Labor agency said Thursday that it had cited the company for 14 serious violations at its former North Brunswick, N.J., laundry detergent and fabric softener facility.
