Suit Says Merck Leaked Trade Secrets To IBM

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 4:24 PM EDT) -- Merck & Co. Inc. is facing a lawsuit from software maker Xantel Inc., which says its competitors at IBM Corp. gained access to trade secrets thanks to Merck's breach of a confidentiality clause in a software contract.
