Raytheon Sues Technosoft Over Defense Software

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Raytheon Co. is suing Technosoft Inc. for patent infringement after it allegedly failed to pay for a software system made by Raytheon that is used in defense systems.

Defense technology provider Raytheon lodged the complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, alleging Technosoft kept proprietary information it obtained from Raytheon when they developed the “TopAct” software system together under a government grant and began marketing TopAct to other customers.
