Retractable Wins $5M Syringe Patent Suit V. Becton

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 7:33 PM EDT) -- Retractable Technologies Inc. has won a $5 million judgment against Becton Dickinson & Co. in a suit claiming the rival safety medical device maker infringed three syringe patents, and in an effort to contain future litigation costs, the company signed a contingency fee agreement with Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP.
