Iowa Ready-Mix Concrete Probe Yields Plea Deal

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 7:41 PM EDT) -- The president of a concrete company in Iowa has pled guilty to taking part in a bid-rigging and price-fixing conspiracy in the sale of ready-mix concrete.

Kent Stewart pled guilty to the charges in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa, the U.S. Department of Justice said Monday.
