Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 3:58 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday that it had launched the second of two investigations into the effects of intellectual property infringement in China on the U.S. economy and work force.
The investigation, which came out of a request from the Senate Finance Committee, will focus on the size and scope of reported IP infringement in China and will provide a quantitative analysis of its effect on America's economy and jobs.
