Producer's $3M Win Upheld In Warner Licensing Suit

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has affirmed a $3.2 million jury verdict in favor of film producer Alan Ladd Jr. in his suit accusing Warner Brothers Entertainment Inc. of undervaluing and underpaying the licensing fees for 12 of his movies, also granting his bid to retry fraud claims tossed by the trial court.
