Feingold Pushes For Drug Imports, Price Negotiations

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 3:13 PM EDT) -- In an attempt to bring down the skyrocketing cost of prescription drugs, Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wis., has introduced a bill that would allow the importation of federally approved prescription drugs from industrialized countries and allow the government to negotiate Medicare Part D drug prices.
