Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 4:42 PM ET) -- A server at Nobu Associates South Beach LP has brought a putative class action against the restaurant, seeking to recover unpaid overtime and minimum wage compensation and other damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Christopher Johnson worked over 40 hours during multiple weeks of employment between April 2006 and November 2009 and was not paid for all his time at a legitimate hourly rate, according to the suit filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
