Consumers Appeal Toss Of Coke Marketing Suit

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Consumers have appealed a judge’s decision to toss a lawsuit accusing The Coca-Cola Co. of wrongly marketing its Coca-Cola Classic soft drink as “original formula” despite having substituted high-fructose corn syrup for the table sugar it used when the drink was introduced.
