FCPA Partner Leaves DLA Piper For Paul Hastings

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 3:30 PM EDT) -- A DLA Piper partner who specializes in foreign anti-corruption law has jumped to Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP to join its litigation department.

Palmina Fava, who is joining the New York office of Paul Hastings, has focused her practice on conducting internal investigations and due diligence related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the firm said in announcing her hire Tuesday.
