ITC Pushes Decision In Rambus 337 Case To July

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has pushed back its decision as to whether Nvidia Corp. infringes Rambus Inc. patents for memory controllers in order to get more information on Rambus' licensing agreement with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.

The ITC said Wednesday it had extended the target date to decide the infringement issue to July 26 and asked for additional briefing from the parties on the issue of patent exhaustion and remedy submissions as it relates to the license.
