US, Chinese Customs Offices Sign Security Pact

Law360, New York (May 27, 2010, 1:46 PM EDT) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has signed a memorandum of understanding with China's General Administration of Customs on supply chain security standards for cargo shipped between the U.S. and China.

CBP announced Tuesday that it signed the memorandum as part of the ongoing Strategic and Economic Dialogue between U.S. and Chinese officials.
